Salon 1580 Policies
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. As a courtesy, we will contact you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to unwind, enjoy a beverage, or preview a possible new look in our various fashion magazines.
Payment by Personal Check
Salon 1580 accepts personal checks. There will be a $35 charge for all returned checks.
Salon 1580 offers a number of discount and reward coupons (birthday coupons, referral coupons, recommendation coupons, etc.). Please limit use of coupons to one per visit.
For your convenience, Salon 1580 prefers cash gratuities or they may be included other method of payment for services. Recommendation for gratuities: a minimum of 15% based on the full-value price of your services, or 20% based on a current special.
Salon 1580 stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for up to one week from the date of your service.
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. Salon 1580 proudly offers authentic brand-name products, and stands behind all its products. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS unless the product packaging is damaged (bottles, pump, etc.). Due to sanitation and safety issues, Salon 1580 cannot resell or return products to the manufacturer once they have left the storeunless there is a product defect.
Salon 1580 loves children as much as you do, but reminds you that it may not be a safe environment for your child, as he/she may be exposed to breathing chemicals, being around scissors, razors, electrical equipment, etc.
